In the Conference of New England opener on Saturday afternoon in Beverly, Massachusetts the high powered and nationally ranked #12 Endicott College football team rolled up 500 yards of offense and cruised past Husson 35-6.
Bryan Ferreira was the offensive star of the day, as he rushed 17 times for 217 yards and three touchdowns in the win for the Gulls (4-0). Endicott raced out to a 21-0 lead after one quarter and never looked back. Anthony Santacroce ran for 85 yards on 15 attempts and scored the lone touchdown for Husson (0-4). Brayden Trombley and JT Wright each had 10 total tackles to lead the defense. The Eagles will play their CNE home opener next Saturday in Bangor when they take on Western New England at 1 p.m.
