Patriots advance to AFC championship game

Dion Lewis became the first player in NFL post season history to have a rushing touchdown, receiving touchdown, and kickoff return for a touchdown. Lewis performance helped the New England Patriots get a 34-16 win over the Texans on Saturday night.

The Patriots will host the Steelers or Chiefs in the AFC championship game on Sunday, January 22nd at 6:30 PM. 

Tom  Brady threw for two touchdowns and two interceptions on 279 yards. Brady only threw two interceptions in his 12 regular season games. This will be Brady’s 11th appearance in a conference championship game. Julian Edelman had 137 yards on eight catches. This will be the Patriots sixth straight appearance in the AFC championship game.
