Skowhegan defeated top seed and previously undefeated Medomak Vslley 54-53 in a MPA class A boys basketball quarterfinal game at Augusta tonight. Skowhegan will play Messalonskee in the semifinals.
Second seed Hampden fell to Cony 60-48 earlier in the day. Cony will face third seeded Oceanside in the semifinals.
