Ashton Ellis threw a no-hitter and struck out 14 in leading Searsport to a 10-0 win over Sumner on Wednesday afternoon at Searsport.
The Vikings scored four runs in the fifth inning and five more in the sixth inning to close out the win. Ellis and Drew Bagley each had two hits, two runs scored and one RBI to lead the offense. Ellis allowed only one walk and threw 79 pitches (57 strikes).
