Sophomore Tessa Capozzili scored the eventual game winning goal on Saturday, as Husson field hockey beat Virginia Wesleyan to advance to the ECAC Championship game on Sunday at noon. The Eagles will take on host Alvernia University in the title game.

Husson men's basketball takes down host UMass-Dartmouth on Saturday in the Lafrance Hospitality Tournament. The Eagles will face nationally ranked #6 Trinity College (Connecticut) in the tournament title game on Sunday.
