Maine women's ice hockey is hosting Vermont in Hockey East play at the Alfond beginning at 2 p.m. The Black Bears swept the ranked Catamounts last time out in Burlington. UVM checks in at #13 in the country

Maine women's ice hockey defeats #13 Vermont for a third straight time, 3-2. Enzler had the third Black Bears goal in the third period. Maine is now 7-8, 5-6 in Hockey East and hosts Holy Cross Saturday at 4 p.m.

Maine men's hockey (6-3-1, 3-2-1 Hockey East) vs UNH (7-3-1, 4-1-1) in a battle of top 15 teams coming up at 7 p.m. from a rowdy and sold out Alfond Arena. The Black Bears are ranked #11, the Wildcats #15. 

Freshman Albin Boija from Sweden is expected to make his first career start in net for Maine tonight
