Maine men's basketball (8-5) is in Miami to face Florida International University (4-9) at 7 p.m. The Black Bears try to bounce back after a 23 point loss to Central Florida on Monday night

Final- Florida International 82, Maine 74. Filipovity led the way with 16 points and seven rebounds. Lopez and Wright-McLeish had 13 points each. The Black Bears are now 8-6 and will play their final non-conference game at Minnesota next Friday, December 29 at 7 p.m.

#8 Maine men's hockey (10-3-1) getting set to face #18 Rochester Institute of Technology (11-5-0) at 4 p.m. in the first round of the Ledyard Bank Classic at Dartmouth College. The Big Green battles against Lake Superior State later on. Victor Ostman in net for the Black Bears this evening as they look to extend their win streak to five games
