On Wednesday night, Zachary Wilson from Piscataquis Community High School (PCHS) was named Eastern Maine Sports February athlete of the month. Wilson won the first individual Class B State Championship in PCHS history. He wrestled at the 170 pound weight class and was voted Most Outstanding Wrestler for the Class B State Tournament. Wilson joins Michael Norton JR (October 2017) from Oceanside, Carter Tolmasoff (November 2017) from Bucksport, Peyton Grant (December 2017) from Dexter, and Sydney Allen (January 2018) from Central as athlete of the month winners.
