PVHS kicked off their Homecoming with the Lady Howlers taking on the Searsport Vikings. The Howlers jumped out to the early lead when Leine McKechnie converted a Bri Moon pass from a set piece.
The Vikings tied the game with an outstanding individual effort from Ashton Wells to make it 1-1. The tie was short lived as Emily St. Cyr scored what would be the winning goal only one minute later. St. Cyr added a second half goal on a Lexi Ireland assist. Delaney Theriault secured the PVHS win scoring to make it a 4-1 final. Emilee Ireland made two saves on six shots as the Howlers progress to 7-0-1. Searsport falls to 4-6 and keeper Sarah Gert finished with nine saves on 21 shots.
