Carsyn Koch, a graduate of Washburn high school and currently a sophomore at Cedarville University continues to break records. Koch had a time of 2:02.39 at the Payton Jordan invitational at Stanford University this weekend.
That time met the U.S women’s Olympic Trials 800 meter qualifying time of 2:03.0. The Top 32 in the event will be invited to compete in the Trials on July 1-10 in Eugene, Oregon. Koch also broke the all time division 2 record with her performance.
