The Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox are two of the hottest teams in baseball. They will meet in an early May three game series in Chicago this week.  Both teams are 8-2 in their last 10 games, both are at top of their division. The Red Sox are coming off a sweep over the New York Yankees and have won seven out of eight overall. The White Sox won the final two games of a four game series against the Baltimore Orioles.

David Price and Rick Porcello will both miss pitching in the series, while Chris Sale and Matt Latos will miss the series for the White Sox. The best pitching matchup on paper will be the opening game battle between Steven Wright and Jose Quintana. The weakest link on both pitching staffs up to this point will go at it in the middle game when Clay Buccholz and John Danks go at it.  Expect to see a lot of Chris Young in the outfield for the Red Sox as they will be facing all left hand starters in the series. Below is a look at the pitching matchups and broadcast schedule for the four game series.
