Karli Stubbs scored 21 points in leading the Thomas College women’s basketball team to a 79-49 win over UMPI at Waterville on Tuesday night.
Kelli Macomber added 12 points for the Terriers, while Sammie Griffin scored 11 points, and Amira Jones recorded 11 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocks in 18 minutes.
Thomas (1-0) will host a tip off tournament this weekend. They will take on UMaine Machias Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
