Taylor Schildroth scored 25 points to lead George Stevens to a 75-42 win over Penquis on Saturday night.
Schildroth needed six points to surpass the 1000 career point mark. The junior got that with two 3 pointers in the first minute of the game.
Barrett Grant from Searsport also went over the 1000 career point mark on Saturday night. Searsport lost to defending class D state champions Valley 58-42.
