The Fort Fairfield boys basketball team lost to Southern Aroostook 67-52 on December 15th.
That was the only loss for the Tigers so far this season. Fort Fairfield (14-1) currently sit second in the Maine Principals’ Assocation class C heal point standings.
Southern Aroostook (14-0) are first in the class D heal point standings. The Warriors have had nly one game decided by less than 10 points (eight point win over Easton). They have only had two games that they won by less than 15.
A win over the Warriors, would give Fort Fairfield an opportunity to finish number one in the class C heal point standings.
The Nokomis boys basketball team could lock down a tournament spot in class A with a win at Camden Hills this evening. The Windjammers are right behind the Warriors in the heal point standings. Hampden will host Skowhegan in a big class A clash.
