Andrew Benintendi went 5-5, and the Red Sox hit three home runs to break out of a hitting slump to earn  a 6-2 at Baltimore on Sunday afternoon.

The Red Sox jumped out quick as Mookie Betts smashed a three run home run in the first inning. Hanley Ramirez hit the next pitch out of the park to make it 4-0.

The Red Sox got a strong pitching performance from Eduardo Rodriguez. He allowed one hit and walked five, while striking out seven in six shutout innings.

It was Benintendi’s first five hit game in his career. Mitch Moreland hit his second home run of the season. Matt Barnes was ejected in the eighth inning when he threw a ball near Manny Machado’s head.

The Red Sox finished their road trip 3-3. They will start a 10 game homestand when they start a three game series against the Yankees at Fenway Park on Tuesday night.
