Oxford Hills and Brewer finish at the top of the class A baseball standings

The Oxford Hills baseball team won their final eight games to clinch the number one seed in the Maine Principals’ Association class A heal point standings. The Vikings finished the regular season with a 14-2 record.

One of those two losses came against Brewer. The Witches finished 13-3 and the second seed in class A. Brewer defeated Oxford Hills 5-3 at Mansfield Stadiim on April 28th.

The Bangor Rams will host Hampden Academy next Thursday in a quarterfinal game. The fourth seeded Rams defeated the fifth seeded Broncos by a score of 3-2 both times they played during the regular season. 

Edward Little finished 13-3 and third in the final standings. They will host Lewiston in a quarterfinal contest.

The prelim games set for Tuesday are #10 Messalonskee at #7 Mt. Ararat and #9 Lawrence at #8 Camden Hills.
