The Houlton Shiretowners girls basketball team will look to continue their dominance they have experienced in recent years, this time in a different class. The reigning class B state runner up, will be playing in class C during the 2017/2018 season.
Kolleen Bouchard comes back to lead the way for the Shiretowners.. As a junior, Bouchard earned big east player of the year and all-Maine first team selection. Bouchard is a 13 time Eastern Maine Sports athlete of the week winner.
Kristen Graham and Aspen Flewelling will be keys in the Houlton starting lineup. Graham is returning from knee surgery after sustaining an ACL injury in February. Sophomore Teagan Ewings and Junior Tessa Solomon will likely round out the starting five.
