The 2017/2018 high school basketball regular season will end in 15 days. Tonight, there are plenty key games to check out. In Presque Isle, the John Bapst girls team will take a 10-1 record into a contest against a strong Presque Isle team. The Wildcats are 8-3, while the Crusaders are currently the top team in the Maine Principals’ Assocation class B heal point standings. Game time is 6 PM.
Deer Isle-Stonington (12-0) is one of six undefeated girls teams in the state. The Mariners will travel to Greenville (7-6) for a 5:30 tip-off. The Lakers have won five straight, including a win over Class C contender PCHS.
Central (10-1) will play host to Bucksport (2-10). Red Devils senior guard Sydney Allen comes into the game with 982 points. Eastern Maine Sports will have live audio coverage starting at 6:55 PM.
