Struggles continue for the Celtics

January 24, 2018

The Boston Celtics seem to be in quite a slump right now losing their last four games to the Nets, Pelicans, Magic, and Lakers. The main cause for these losses appears to be the lack of defense for the C’s. Before losing the three games, they went on a seven game winning streak, including a game in London against the Sixers where they overcame a 22 point deficit. Currently, the Celtics are on a West Coast trip. The Celtics started the trip with a 108-107 loss to the Lakers. The game featured 18 lead changes. Kyrie Irving scored 33 points in the loss. The trip will continue in the same building tonight when the Celtics face the Clippers. The trip will conclude with games against the Warriors, and Nuggets.

Celtics fans are happy to congratulate Irving and Al Horford for making the All-Star team for 2018 and are excited to see them take the court February 18th.Irving is currently averaging 24.5 points per game while Horford fills up the stat sheet with 13.3 points per game, along with 7.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists.
