Pacers come back to take down short-handed Celtics

Terry Rozier’s final shot just missed as the Boston Celtics fell 99-97 to the Indiana Pacers at the TD Garden on Sunday night.

The Celtics led by 10 at halftime. The Pacers took a 93-76 lead with 2:13 left in the game. The Celtics went on a 15-2 run to even the score at 95 with 37 seconds left. Myles Turner hit the game winning shot with 21 seconds left.

The Celtics were playing the game very short handed. Kyrie Irving left the game with a sore knee. Al Horford missed the game with an illness, while Jalyn Brown was out with a concussion.

The Celtics are now 3.5 games behind the Toronto Raptors for the top spot in the Eastern Conference.
