2017 Record: 7-7
Head Coach: Luis Ayala
Asst. Coaches- Larry Butera, Riley Poisson, Logan Butera
Expectations: Expectations for us is to make the playoffs, that is something that we have done 7 straight years. We have a good mix of veteran players coming back and a good mix of young players. We will only go as far as our leaders will take us. It’s going to be their job of our team Captains to lead by example and teach the younger players what it takes to succeed.
Strengths: Our team’s strengths this year will be our defense. We have an experience group coming back this year. They are quick and physical. We also have a very athletic and physical Keeper. The overall team strength is our speed. We have some very fast kids on the team.
Challenges: The team lost a great Senior class, 10 players from last year’s team. A big challenge will be to replace the leadership from the midfield position. This could make it hard for us to score goals. Were going to need for some one to step up and take that role as a playmaker.
