Lexi Ireland scored four goals while Brianna Moon put in three more to lead the Penobscot Valley High School (PVHS) Howlers to an 8-0 win over PCHS at Guilford on Friday afternoon.
Kara Theriault added one goal while Leine McKechnie had two assists. PVHS (9-0-1) will host Penquis on Saturday.
Meagan Lemieux and Willow Sandy combined for 13 saves on 21 shots for the Pirates. PCHS (0-9-1) is scheduled to host Central on Monday.
