BANGOR– The Cony Rams had four players finish in double figures in their 75-49 boys basketball win over Brewer at the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame Classic on Thursday night at the Cross Insurance Center.
The Rams held a 35-15 halftime lead and exploded for a 29 point third quarter. Ian Bowers scored a game high 14 points, while Nick Wilcott and Kyle Donin added 13 each. Dakota Dearborn and Simon McCormick chipped in with 10 and nine points respectively. Cony (5-1) will host Waterville on Saturday.
Colby Smith and Trevor Pearson scored 12 points each for the Witches. Brewer (1-5) will host Skowhegan on January 2nd.
