Central Red Devils sophomore softball pitcher Kaelyn Parks helped her team win eight games in a row in May. On Sunday, Parks was named Lakeshore May athlete of the month. She received 66% of the vote. Matt Burnett (Ellsworth) had 11% of the vote, while Mikayla Tripp (Bucksport) finishes third with 10%.
