Celtics hit 22 three-pointers to end Bucks win streak

The Boston Celtics scored 43 third quarter points on Friday night, and would end the Milwaukee Bucks eight game win streak with a 122-114 win at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Boston would hit 22 three-point field goals in the game (22-47), with nine of those coming in the big third quarter where they put Milwaukee in a hole they couldn’t dig out of. Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart, Kemba Walker, and Jaylen Brown combined for 96 of the 122 points in the biggest road win this season for the Celtics, who improve to 22-23.

Tatum led the way with a game high 34 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. Smart had 23 points, eight rebounds, and three assists and also hit 7-10 from the three-point arc. Walker added 21 points, five rebounds, and three steals while Brown had 18 points and five boards. Khris Middleton led the Bucks (29-15) with 19 points. Boston will be in Oklahoma City to battle the Thunder on Saturday night.
