Jackson Coutts hit his first professional homerun on Wednesday night for the Fredericksburg Nationals, the rookie team of the Washington Nationals in a loss to the Lynchburg Hillcats.
Coutts, the former Orono High School and University of Rhode Island standout, is now 8-45 on the season with two doubles, a homerun, and two walks to go along with five RBI in his first professional season.
