Madison Smith has been solid in goal all season for the Hodgdon girls soccer team, including three straight shutouts. She has six shutouts on the season. Smith and the Hawks finished the regular season 11-3. all season. Hodgdon will enter tournament play winning 10 out of their last 11, including winning six straight. Smith received 37% of the vote. Runner up, Hannah Lovely (Fort Kent) received 25% of the vote. Smith joins Josh McGillicuddy- (10-12-2020), Walker Oliver (2) (1-21-22), and Drew Duttweiler (10-4-22) as student/athletes from Hodgdon high school that have earned athlete of the week honors.
