Ella Suitter scored three goals to lead the Hodgdon girls soccer team to an 8-1 win over East Grand in the regular season finale for both teams.
The Hawks and Vikings would play even for the first part of the first half. Then Suitter received a cross from Gracie Little to break the even game. The Hawks would put two more on the board before the end of the first half. Meghan Peters would score off a pass from Aleyah Matheson, and Suitter would add a second goal..
The Vikings would get on the board late in the first half as Tori Gilman would score. Early in the second half the Hawks would score four quick goals. Suitter would get her third off a pass from Little. Peters and Little would each add one, and Vickie Porter would add a goal on a penalty kick.
East Grand goalie Jayden Williams made 37 saves on 45 shots and Madison Smith for Hodgdon made seven saves on eight shots. The Hawks finish the regular season 11-3, and the Vikings finished 1-12-1.
