Skyler Tinker and Jaydin Anderson pulled down 15 rebounds each to help the Machias Lady Bulldogs defeat Woodland 62-25 at Machias on Thursday night.
Machias held a 14-2 lead after the first quarter and never looked back as they built the lead to 33-5 at halftime. Machias out rebounded the Lady Dragons 39-21.
Tinker scored a game high 21 for the Lady Bulldogs. Kristen Grant had 16 points (3 three pointers), while Anderson put in 14 points. Machias (8-1) is scheduled to host Schenck on Friday night.
Karleigh Smith scored a team high eight points for the Lady Dragons. Woodland (7-4) will next play on Tuesday, January 24th when they host Machias.
