Husson softball earns top seed, will host NAC Tournament

The Husson Eagles earned the overall #1 seed for the upcoming North Atlantic Conference Softball Tournament, and will be the host in Bangor when the postseason gets underway later this week. The Eagles are the five-time reigning conference champions.

Husson, who is on a program best 27 game winning streak, went 12-0 in the NAC East Division to take the top seed (32-4 overall). Joining the Eagles out of the East Division in the six team double elimination format is the University of Maine-Farmington (#3 seed), and Thomas College (#6 seed). SUNY Poly (#2), Suny Cobleskill (#4), and SUNY Morrisville (#5) round out the field out of the West.
