Evelyn Dagan (GSA) had a game-high 20 points (4-8 three-pointers) on Friday night, as Maine Maritime Academy rallied past Husson 64-52 in North Atlantic Conference women’s basketball action in Castine. The Eagles led 27-12 in the second quarter, but the Mariners outscored them 52-25 (42-23 in the second half) the rest of the way to stay unbeaten in the league. Lily Roy (Wisdom) led Husson with 16 points, Sophia Carnes had 11, and Saige Evans (Old Town) had 10 points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Husson falls to 4-2 (3-1 in the NAC). Addison Forry contributed a double double for Maine Maritime Academy with 11 points and 11 rebounds. The Mariners improve to 5-1 and 5-0 in the conference.
