Fairfield PAL pounded out 17 hits on Thursday night, and rolled to a 14-2 six inning win over Roderick-Crosby Post 28 in a Junior Legion baseball game played in Farmington.
Nolan Owens led the Fairfield PAL (3-0) offense with three hits and two runs scored. He also pitched a complete game to get the win allowing two runs on six hits with no walks and seven strikeouts. Kayleb Gerrow, Isaac Dostie, Kaleb Clement, Codey Violette, and Wesley Pelletier each added two hits a piece. Wesley Pelletier drove in two runs, Violette scored three times, while Jack Pelletier, Clement, and Keon Stevens each scored twice. Emmett Walker had two hits and Brody Veilleux had two RBI for the Roderick-Crosby Post 28 Flyers (1-1).
