On Thursday, the Maine Principals’ Association announced the state field hockey games have been postponed until November 3rd. On Friday, the location and times of the games were announced.in the following news release from the MPA.
Due to the weather, the Field Hockey Committee has postponed the Field Hockey State Championships scheduled for Saturday, October 27 at Husson University to Saturday, November 3 at Memorial Field at Deering High School. The order of play will be as follows:
- 11:00am Class B Gardiner (home) vs. York (away)
- 1:00pm Class C Winthrop (home) vs. Spruce Mtn. (away)
- 3:00pm Class A Skowhegan (home) vs. Biddeford (away)
