The bad news would be the performance by Clay Buchholz. The Red Sox fell behind early as Buchholz struggled and the Cleveland Indians took advantage for a 7-6 win. Mike Napoli hit a home run off Junichi Tazawa in the seventh inning to hand the Red Sox their first loss of the season. Buchholz allowed five earned runs in four innings. The Red Sox will try to take the season opening series when they send Joe Kelly to the mound for a 6:10 scheduled start on Thursday night.
