Husson women’s soccer dropped their home opener 2-0 to the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse on Sunday at Boucher Field in Bangor.
Aubree Caya and Catherine Arnold had the goals for Wisconsin-La Crosse (3-0). Kaitlyn Jones had the lone shot on goal in the defeat for Husson, while Gabriella Smith (Biddeford) made one save on three shots in net. The Eagles (1-1) stay at home and will host Wheaton College (Massachusetts) next Saturday at 2 p.m.
