The final day of the high school basketball season has got postponed a day due to the snowstorm hitting the area.
The majority of the Thursday schedule has got moved to Friday. Eastern Maine Sports will broadcast the Penobscot Valley High School (PVHS) at Piscataquis Community High School (PCHS) girls basketball game. Coverage will start around 5:20 on Friday afternoon. PCHS (14-3) will try to end their regular season strong on senior night. The Pirates look set at the number three spot in the upcoming class ac tournament. PVHS (7-10) will need a win to qualify for a class C preliminary round game.
