Halftime America East Women's Basketball Semifinals- Binghamton 23, Maine 19. Smith 10 points, four rebounds, two assists, and two steals to lead the Black Bears. Maine shot 28% in the first half, after shooting 25% in the first half of their quarterfinal win over UMass-Lowell

Final America East Women's Basketball Semifinal- Maine 64, Binghamton 58. Adrianna Smith 26 points, eight assists, seven rebounds, and three steals. Anne Simon 25 points, eight rebounds, four steals, three assists. The Black Bears (23-9) host either Vermont or Albany in the conference championship game at the Pit at 5 p.m. on Friday

Maine softball lost both contests in Nebraska yesterday, 8-0 to Northern Colorado and 10-0 to the Cornhuskers by mercy rule in both. The Black Bears (1-17) have lost by mercy 10 times in 18 games, and have a week off before a single game at Boston College next Wednesday at 3 p.m. 

Maine baseball (2-10) plays a single game at the University of South Florida (9-6) tonight at 6 p.m.

Baseball- University of South Florida 16, Maine 6- final/7 innings (mercy). Jeremiah Jenkins two hits for the Black Bears, while Nick White, Jake Marquez, Connor Goodman, and Zach Martin had one RBI each. Maine (2-11) plays three games at Florida Atlantic University beginning Friday to end the spring trip

America East Women's Basketball Championship game- #1 seed Maine (23-9) hosting #3 Vermont (22-10) inside the Pit at Memorial Gymnasium. The Black Bears won both regular season meetings. Someone is going dancing into the NCAA Tournament in just a few hours. Tip-off coming up at 5 p.m. Follow this thread for all updates

Halftime- Maine 34, Vermont 25. Sarah Talon and Anne Simon sparked things for the Black Bears in the second quarter. Smith still leading the way with 10 points, Talon with nine, Simon and Rockwood with six each. Anna Olson has 13 points for the Catamounts
