Ryan Spooner scored with 1:40 remaining in overtime to cap a 2-1 Boston Bruins win at Montreal on Monday night.
Austin Czarnik gave the Bruins a lead in the second period. Paul Byron tied it up in the third period for the Canadians.
Tuukka Rask made 29 saves for the Bruins who snapped a three game losing streak.
