December 13, 2016

The New England Patriots put up 501 yards against the top defense in the NFL and held off the Baltimore Ravens for a 30-23 win on Monday night.

Tom Brady threw for 406 yards and three touchdowns on 25-38 passing. The big play was a Brady to Chris Hogan 79 yard touchdown play with 6:18 left in the fourth quarter.

The Patriots did have a 16-0 lead late in the second quarter and a 23-3 lead mid third quarter. They allowed the Ravens back into the game with some poor special teams play on a punt return and a kickoff.

LaGarrette Blount rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown on 18 carries. Blount went over 1000 yards for the season. The second time in his career he has done that.
