The Husson University men’s basketball season ended on Friday night in round one of the NCAA tournament.
Babson started the second half on a 16-4 run to break open a close game and rolled to a 92-76 win over the Eagles at Babson Park, Massachusetts.
Joey Flannery scored 28 points to lead Babson, while Isaiah Nelson put in 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds.
Mitch Worcester and Raheem Anderson scored 17 points each for the Eagles. Husson (21-7) shot 10-11 from the free throw line, while Babson (26-2) shot 28-35 from the line.
