DOVER-FOXCROFT- Jadon Richard scored 15 of his game high 30 points in the third quarter as the Foxcroft Ponies rolled to a 62-35 win over Dexter on Thursday night.
Foxcroft went on a 13-2 run to end the first quarter and take a 13-6 lead. Richard scored nine points in the second quarter as the Ponies extended the lead to 29-15 heading into halftime. Richard dominated in the third quarter as Foxcroft put the game away outscoring Dexter 21-9.
Richard added five steals and four rebounds to go along with his 30 points. Lucas Sands added eight points and eight rebounds. Niska Jasovic had seven points, five rebounds, and three steals. Foxcroft (5-5) will play at Central on January 16th.
Ethan Doherty led the Tigers with nine points and six rebounds. Zak Adams added six points and nine rebounds. Dexter (4-4) is scheduled to play at Mattanawcook on Saturday.
